I will be looking at merging them into one DSL, but don't want to be "forced" into it. For example, I have a wizard for each server-side data access such as GetNew, GetById, GetList, Update and Delete. I do have a number of wizards that target the same problem domain. One DSL per package doesn't force you to make one DSL to rule them all, but it does nudge you in that direction. Your "best practice" of keeping DSLs as small as possible is exactly what I'm trying to do.
